building a team for a "ideal organisation"

I wanna build a team for a .org site that help to build site, idea, fundraising product, administration and other. The team will consist of smaller teams with different tasks. The organisations aim are first to get funds so we can develope a online product that enables poor people or other bad situation anywhere in the world to get a additional income. The webservice will be in a way that people can sell lottery tickets or other products that buyer needs to go online to benefit from. Seller can choose to give, sell or other to "buyer". We need to develope: - approach and appearance.( text, developement of marketing tools, marketing team - kind of fundraising (both in real world and internet) - administration team. We are interested in people/companies that are professional and of course do tasks in spare time or other when there is gap in work space.
