Corp ID & Social Media Package Needed

The client is taking over a 17 year old pizza and pasta restaurant who has never had a logo or website! I need a simple, comprehensive corporate identity package created. I did get a logo created that we will eventually use but it needs tweaked for use right now (meaning a name added to what I already have) so the design doesn't need to be brand new. I would like to get the following: 1. several business card designs; 2. word templates for general letterhead that I can print off my computer when I need some letterhead 3. header/logo to fit in to all social media sites and to be congruent for my website, facebook page, google plus, yelp, twitter, pinterest, etc 4. Email template and email signature 5. a web presence design articulation (not web design); and 6. a simple Powerpoint template for presentation. I need someone to help transform my logo and render it out in several sizes for web and print use. So I will be asking for two sets from you. One corporate id set with my logo and old business name that I need to use now and one corp id set with the new logo I just had made for in the future when we drop the current business name so I won't have to come back and do this all again when we change over to our final name. I am on a budget but am willing to pay $75 for these two corp id kits. I will also be needing more work in the future since this restaurant had NOTHING done so i hope whomever i hire can work with me long term. A bonus would be for you to create a 'mascot' for our business. I have absolutely NO ideas on if this should be a person, place or thing. I am blank. Any ideas here would be appreciated!
