Corporate Logo Design

I am looking for top quality graphic artist. I know the design I want, I just need someone to draw it up for me. I need someone who is a good communicator and can take directions. I need someone who is prepared to make as many changes required to get the result I want. I don't want a quick logo. I need someone who is prepared to spend a decent amount of time on this project. So I want quality not a cheap fix. Job brief below, I will provide more sample files etc once I choose a provider. Thanks! Overview: Reproduce a stylised graphic based on sample image. Style to match Andalucia font ‘Aviano’. Elements: Text “Andalucia” with the graphic “Lion’s Head” underneath the text. Design Concept: Requires a strong and conservative style (Financial Services client). The graphic design is based on ‘Lion’s head doorknocker’ particularly a strong Spanish metal style. The design is comprised of a lion’s head with its mouth open holding a round ring in its teeth. Lion’s teeth should be visible. Lion’s face should be a neutral expression but strong (not aggressive). The graphic should be simple but also have a small amount of fine detail. There should be a good amount of ‘white space’ in the design (Eg. It should not be cluttered). Design should not be as ornate as the samples. So take the Lion’s Head sample photos and redraw it in a more simple ‘segment’ style. Meaning that there is a white background and the drawing will be a collection of segments with white spaces in between the segments. Metallic effect on text - design should have a slightly rustic feel, but also be contemporary and corporate. Effect should not be shiny chrome style. Should be symmetrical. Colours: Background - White Text - Pewter or silver/grey, Graphic - Pewter or silver/grey / hint of green (old corroded metal?) Font- ‘Aviano’. Font will be provided. Size. Project size approx - 750W x 350H. Design must be able to scale down to aprox. 100 x 70 for use on stationary items (business cards etc) File Formats required: For print and web. 1.
