Design Wine Club Branding Materials

We are a small farm winery in the Finger Lakes Region of NY. Our market is male and female wine lovers that appreciate drier wine styles over sweet. The Finger Lakes region boasts a couple hundred wineries and we want our wine club to stand out in terms of marketing design. We have been in business for 11 years and do much of our design work in pieces rather than having an overall designer that is sticking with our branding image. Part of that is we have not found the right fit yet to hand everything over to one person. Wine Clubs are a great way to generate income (once established) to keep cash flow going. We are one of the top 10 most recognized wineries in the Finger Lakes, have a great following and see 200,000 people a year through our doors. Keeping loyalty going with our fans is hard when competition is great. Our wines speak for themselves and we need to follow the visuals to go along with it. Our market reaches many states so there are many demographics. We are starting a new wine club. A wine club is for a consumers to sign up and receive automatic shipments of wine 4 times a year, or can be given as a gift. I can send details when we get down to it later. The marketing of such can begin in our retail tasting room. A visitor comes to see our vineyards and sample our wines. The wine host talks about continuing the relationship with joining our wine club. The visitor may do so right there with a pre-printed form or go right to our computer and sign up online. OR they might want to think about it and take away a small card with the features and directions on how to join. There could also be a sign on the wall with the same catchy look. We also want the web page on our site to match this look. Finally, once joined, we want to be able to email our club members various correspondence from within our website. These templates need to also match the style of the wine club. So, to summarize, we would like the following and maybe more? 1> Printed materials - to take away, to sign up, to reel them in. This will also tie over into materials we pack in each shipment like recipes, technical notes on wines etc. 2> HTML design that will be incorporated into our website pages. 3> HTML templates that will be saved on our website for email blasts. One may be enough or Welcome, Ongoing, and Gift. open to ideas. 4> Looking for someone to come up with an inviting style that fits with what we have but makes it a bit edgier. We are pretty classic and conservative but can be open to eye catching design that keeps with quality and respectability. Located on beautiful Seneca Lake we draw inspiration from the lands surrounding us. Greens of the vineyards rolling down the hill to the lake. Seneca is the second largest of the Finger Lakes 40 mile long 2 1/2 wide. We practice sustainable vineyard processes as much as we can. Our retail shop focuses on local or Made in NY products. Most of our wine bottles are silkscreened labels see website atwatervineyards.com. The name we are going to try for the club is a play on words. Atwater's Edge Wine Club. Would like to see design incorporate and even expand on this theme. You have the edge by getting wines shipped to you that can't be found in stores. We have also used on t-shirt @H2o a play on word atwater. Looking for creativity and spunk to entice them to join.
