Build a Website but please read first

Hello i have this new website [login to view URL] i need it build better, better theme i need a slidder at the top with testormonial in each slidder but i need it to when someone submits a testormonial it will automatic go to the slidder plus i need packages added with prices and paypal pay button added it has to be wordpress made with a good theme plus mobile ready if you can do all the please but the lowest bidder has a better chance getting awarded also need this done quick and the freelancer that also will have a good chance is the ones that will repond to a private message i really don't want someone so busy with other projects and has no time for this one so only bid if for sure
