Hi, I had some queries: 1. The reports that needs to be generated, would this be a single report or multiple reports? Assuming the information would all be acquired via the forms reports would be more of presenting the submitted information along with having an option to sort this information out from this reports page. 2. Do you want this reports to be emailed as well? 3. Do you need password protection on pdf? 4. Content ( docs, videos and photos) uploaded by the employee, where would this be displayed/used? 5. I think it would be best to discuss about the CRM right now as unless it is planned for such an integration right now it may mean lot of changes when this is actually performed in phase2. It's ok that this would actually created in phase2 but all i am suggesting that it should atleast be planned at this phase itself so that there are minimal to no changes when it is actually worked on.
