Build a Website

The design process had taken us longer than expected. However the design is complete and we would like to develop the project. Please note: We are already 2 months late. We need the project up latest by end of October or sooner if possible. To complete the project faster we intend to use ready made scripts which may be modified in some cases to achieve the rehired result. Some scripts e.g for sliders are used as is. We have rushed to complete the design process of this project and are looking for company that can provide solutions rather than just code. If there is a simpler method for a required process then we will adopt the simpler method - by simpler we mean easy to understand and use by the end user. IMPORTANT: We need the project completed by october - We have loyal clients that have supported us for many years. These clients are issuing contracts by end of october which we wish to acquire therefore it is extremely important that the project is completed by that time. Due to the available time frame, we can not with individuals and ask Individual or small developers not to apply for this project. We are looking to work with a reliable company on a long term basis. We are looking for a company that is flexible and deliver solutions to customer satisfaction. From experience we have found companies in Europe will go the extra mile to deliver the required result without billing per second. We will therefore give preference to work with European and US companies. Please find attached the project scope. Please Quote specifying number of programmers and client references.
