Build a dynamic, dashboard web site for org's internal use

There is a need for a dynamic, “read-only” web dashboard with several, varying data visualization charts based on data from reports submitted by members of the team to customers. The page is intended to be viewed by the entire team to provide metrics for everyone to see where they stand in relation to one another and how many reports have been submitted for each customer, at a glance as well as over time. The actual report data should be submitted by a privileged account requiring auth. Home Page: The home page should be a ‘dashboard’ reflecting three charts (to begin with), with an auto-refresh feature with a pull down to select the refresh interval. The home page should also have a pull-down option to specify the time period/ranges for which data is displayed. The default value should be ‘Current Month-To-Date’ and there should be the following options: Current Month-To-Date, Last Month, Year-To-Date, One Year (from current date, back one year), Last Year (last calendar year), All Time, Custom (allows the user to specify custom time ranges) The home page should also have a link in the upper right-hand corner to ‘Login’ which brings up a login prompt to access the admin page. After a successful authentication, the user should remain on the home page, but ‘Login’ should be replaced with ‘Admin’ or ‘Logout’ Admin Page(s) The admin page(s) should contain several sections/links to pages to add/remove data and see additional charts Design The design concept for the site should be clean and simple. Conveying the chart data in a 'dashboard'-like view on the home page should be the primary design concern and should take precedence over all-else. The company's colors are black, red and white. A logo and company header can be provided, but otherwise the design elements would be up to you. Engineering The site should run on a ‘LAMP’ server, preferably CentOS 7.0 or Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. --- More detailed requirements can be provided upon request.
