Create a Web Hosting Website

I need a web hosting website similar to [login to view URL] where are user to can search a domain, upon availibilty he can add it to cart, then he can move to next step where he can select hosting package and then make the payments. Once the order is placed then domain is registered automatically and hosting account is also created depending upon plan customer selects. This process can be created visa versa also where customers select hosting package first adn the they are asked for domain name reigstration. It should also have admin panel where all the customer data, order data, renewal data, packages data, hosting creation rules etc are configured ( You can select whmcs for this if required, we dont mind purchasing a copy). Automated renewal mails should be sent to customer to payment information. Admin should be able to add/edit/ delete packages and services from admin panel and it should reflect automatically in front end. I need very elegant, simple to use design similar to big rock where people dont get confussed. There should be small elements like clients list, testimonials etc We are looking to a talented team who has already developed such a application for their clients for faster turnaround. Please note we are not interested in any wordpress theme i need a customised solution which should be in wizard format.
