We need to create Online claim form webpage with admin panel (here is example EN: [login to view URL]). Templates should be in 5 languages: English, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish but structure and field are the same. We have to have possibility on admin panel edit and download in pdf submitted form in any of mentioned languages, despite language they was filed in. It's mean that if client from Denmark fill in all info on Danish template on admin panel we can chose template language and download it with all info in generated pdf. Also, by default we should receive email with generated pdf on English template to provided email addresses on admin panel. We have: all translations, created example in EN, Design in psd.
