Creation of a quoting and booking system for Minicab company

Hello, This system can go as large as possible. We can start with geolocation as nowadays browsers have capabilities to determine the location of user. If user would deny in browser notification, then with the help of postal address/pin code we can fetch the location. There would be masters of different vehicles and from address and to address can be asked, and depending upon the distance calculated by google api, we can present the fare considering the fact that base fare for every vehicle would be entered in back end.
