A Custom Wordpress Website with E-Commerce & Email Capture

The website I need developed will have a custom template loosely modeled after the site TravelNoire.com.
I am familiar with Wordpress so I'd prefer to have a custom template designed for this platform.
I can probably learn a new CMS platform quickly if Wordpress can't be manipulated the way I need it to be.
The website will also feature a unique e-commerce function that I can explain once we begin negotiating.
I need the site to be able to capture emails
I need to be able to create content that can be organized by several filters.
Most pages will have the same template but I need at least three other templates designed for specific content.
I have someone to design my logo but I can accept design concepts from the web designer and I will pay for the design if it's suitable.
I have very specific (hopefully simple) requests so I would need to be able to Skype with the designer to walk him/her through my instructions.
I'm very easy to work with.
