Customise Wordpress Theme

We want to customise our Wordpress Theme ([login to view URL]) so that it looks like our designs (screenshots: [login to view URL] .. the PSDs will be provided once project is awarded) as follows: - Remove the navigation bar on the right side. - All pink elements should be changed to #00ff00 1) The top section slider should be changed so that it looks like [login to view URL] 2) Add a horizontal menu on the top of the page as per the design 0.jpg. 3) For the other sections, when the user scrolls down, there should be a horizontal menu (with the logo) that appears to the top 4) For the horizontal menu, on hover, I would like this link effect: [login to view URL] 5) Edit the About section theme so that it looks as per the design 6) The individual boxes in Founders should expand on hover 7) Change the fonts to match the JPG design 8) The Blog section should also look as per the design 9) The individual blog articles can remain as per the template.. but the pink elements must be changed to a bright green (#00FF00) 10) Please ensure that the background images in each section is controlled by the featured image feature in WP - so that we can easily change the photos 11) I would like all icons to have this effect when hover (you can ignore the click effect in the demo): [login to view URL] 12) Please also insert the content as per the designs 13) For the section in the template where Twitter is shown, please insert a slider that scrolls through the logos
