this site is up and functional, I would like to focus on the "apply for credit page" I do not like the current application layout- I would prefer a custom application- that looked just like this one [login to view URL] there are a few extra options that i would like to add to that application but i would like that- is there some way you can steal the HTML coding from that site and incorporate it into my design... or would it be easier and faster for you to just rebuild a custom site for me???

Hi, I would start from scratch since a form like that is easy to create quickly. And as you make it yourself you have more control over the layout - although its inside an existing website. The problem you're facing with the form is the processing of the information. I assume your expecting an email with the information, but since sending information thought a server and email can be interupted you will want a backup in a mysql database, incase you miss any information. The best way to go would be to have a back-end facility to have a total overview of your request - so you can do follow up on them. But this is not included in my offer.
