Changes to postcard - Photoshop

I have a post card which I need updated for this year. I will supply the original postcards in Photoshop format. jpg samples are attached. Text changes are below. I will provide a selection of images for you to choose from for the image changes. --I love both of the pictures on this post card however we need to add one that has a minority child. (both original sizes will be provided)
