Design 4 Popup Banners With CSS and Widgets -- 2

I need someone to help get me started and design some cool css popup banners similar to the following. I can provide a few stock pictures. All banners should be creative, cute and girly. I will include a few stock photo to use may use if you like. Be sure to use the widgets provided in the plugin or feel free to create new ones as needed. Im open to hear your ideas.
