Creating 2 x Email templates to be used in Vision 6

We need to create 2 x email templates that can be used for regular communications in Vision 6. We need someone to be familiar with the Vision 6 capabilities and requirements and ensure that the templates will be compatible for ongoing use. The templates will be used a shell for all regular communications. We would like to have the ability to have a background/wallpaper on one of the templates which may be the company logo or images of products they sell We would like the template to enable us to upload product images of differing size each time and then link them through to the website for purchase.
