Build a Sample Comparison Website in Python

Sample comparison website for businesses based on user entered data. The website will 1) Allow people to fill a survey (Price and Review) about services 2) Save the structured data from the survey to MySQL database 3) Allow people to search for a service by location (from the above database) 4) Output page with display of comparison of results based on quality metrics * Website should be built in Python * Design should be simple and user friendly * We've already designed the tables in the database and you just need to fetch it. * I already have the survey in PHP, you just need to convert it into Python. The data will be shown in a very structured format. I have a drawing of this last page but I need a web designer to design for this. This is a sample website for now. More features will be added as we develop the basic framework so potential ongoing work exists for good result. Good English language and communication skill is required.
