design and design implementation (base on wordpress theme)

i have an undesigned website. build in ruby on rails. (2 web pages) And wordpress theme. A I want to take the design of that theme (html/css/javascript) and apply it to the the existing website, with some changes and customization. possible some areas will require design that is not exist in the theme. new logo design. and consult me all over the way :) B Approximately a month or 2 later additionally changes will be required, some new buttons/components. write a separate price per: 1. Some customization on existing page. 2. (in some cases a minimal ruby support will be done by me.) step 1: send me some versions of the design: graphic only (png/jpg). step 2: after approval of the design (step 1) - you have to emplacement the design (html/css/javascript). step 3: QA and fine tuning step 4: payment
