We are looking to create a directory for a specific occupation. User X will be the focus of the website, they can create a profile and link it to a location. User Y and Z can also create profiles and can contact X if they wish using profile to profile messages. Whereas X does not have this option of contacting or viewing Y and Z.
Apologies for the vague nature of this post, more will be explained once a developer is selected. This is the beginning of a successful business.
