Design some Icon -- 2

Task Outline\r\n Create a Icon Design\r\n\r\nTask Description\r\nWe need a graphic design in the format of an icon for a strategic initiative (i.e.,project) at the Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP). BEP is a U.S. Government agency responsible for producing U.S. currency(i.e., bank notes).\r\n\r\nCurrently, BEP has eight strategic initiatives that we are doing to help the organization make the necessary changes to become more productive. The overarching theme that covers all of the eight initiatives is: "Making changes to make our product (i.e.,money) even better."\r\n\r\nFor this project, The icon to be designed will be used in internal communications (posters, video, brochures, presentations, etc.) to our employees to raise their awareness about the strategic initiative and enlist their support in successfully completing it.\r\n\r\nFor this project, we want you to create an icon for our strategic initiative entitled "RECON". The purpose of this strategic initiative is to develop the future state of Bureau currency manufacturing by determining the manufacturing processes, facilities, equipment, materials, and staffing requirements needed to meet the future Federal Reserve Board orders and requirements..\r\n\r\nWe are looking for a simple, yet elegantly designed icon that will visually help our employees understand the purpose of the initiatlve. Ideally, we want our employees to understand the purpose of the strategic initiative just from viewing the icon along with the strategic initiative\'s title/name.\r\n\r\nThe icon to be designed will be used in internal communications (posters, video, brochures, presentations, etc.) to our employees to raise their awareness about the strategic initiative and enlist their support in successfully completing it.\r\n\r\nThe final product should be delivered electronically in either Adobe Illustrator (AI) or Adobe Photo Shop (PSD) formats.\r\nDeadline\r\nMonday, August 20, 2014
