We currently developed a small customer portal for our clients. The goal is that our clients are capable of following up their shipments. Currently the system has two levels of authorization: Admin: can see all orders, and edit all information User: can see all orders linked to his personal account Following things have to be done: - Securing the file structure and access. Probably significant recoding has to be done as the initial system was easily designed, not with security in mind. - Clean up and make a nice user interface with usefull dashboard (something looking like Quickbooks would be nice : [login to view URL]) - The dashboard will inform the user to perform certain actions, taskslist generated from overdue stuff - Implement payment system to allow the customer to order certain additional services - Possibility for end customer to make remarks or ask clarification within the system; a clear overview for the admin user on what questions have to be answered Please showcase customer portals you already have done. I prefer to work on hourly basis and have a 'live view' on what you are doing (github or the screengrabber form freelancer are options)
