A relatively minor project; the job is to add a furniture donation option to a non-profit website. We foresee the need for only two new pages, one that advertizes the program, and a second page with data entry fields that either link directly to a database, or can be injected into a cvs or excel file before being downloaded by our staff. The main furniture donation page could look something like this basic example: [login to view URL] Which would then link the donor to a form page similar to the example below, only with drop-down menus and fields related to furniture donation rather than vehicles.
