Module 1, 2, 3
Module 1, 2 and 3 already exist on the website. Module 4, 5 and 6 with all its attributes as on the mockup pictures is what we want to create now.
Functionality:
Below module 1 there will be a button “Order” When the user presses Order module 4 will be displayed below module 1. On module 4 the user must specify the desired name + age of birth, postcode and state before she can submit the order. Module 4 has only 1 field for name, date of birth and state etc. Module 5 will have 5 fields for name, date of birth, postcode and state. Module 6 will have 10 fields for name, date of birth, postcode and state. The modules should be able to expand down words depending on how many fields that are displayed.
Other functions:
• User should be able to close the modules by pressing the Radio button on the upper corner of the module window.
• User can also close the module by pressing Order button below one of the listed modules above.
• When user presses Submit the information that was filed on the modules must be submitted to web master somehow. The website will use PayPal as a payment solution. If possible webmaster can read the information that were written on the fields by PayPal. Alternatively email could be used.
• Webmaster should be able to enter his own text on the fields that say “A paragraph of text there…..”
• The design of the module should fit with the design of the website and existing modules.
• All of the other fields are mandatory except for postcode.
