Animated Music Video

Need a simple animated music video for a song under 3 minutes. It is for a rap song called 100 Blunts and it is about smoking and enjoying marijuana. Looking for an animator who is familiar with the rap and cannabis cultures and has a sense of humor, as the song opens and closes with satirical dialogue. No preference as to the software used, but it needs to look entertaining and interesting. This needs to be completed by May 25 if possible. I understand the budget and timeline call for a more simple animation... as long as its relevant to the lyrics and mood of the song, simple is not an issue...
