Blue Skies a unique Historical Romance

Note: Front Cover, two pictures along with the Title in one font and the sub title below in another font. I need a picture set in 1850's England, of a young woman 18 or so, a man 28 or so, a couple, Blonde haired, dressed like they would for an outing, "picnic" in the 1850's, not poor but very well off, their features can be obscured, however they need to be sitting in a clearing, their backs showing with partial faces, maybe staring at each other, their legs not seen but obviously dangling in the water of a small pond. The area is surrounded by trees, however there is a small pathway off to the side and that would fade away, but it leads to a small huntsman's cottage, "you don't see it" but it is important to the area and story. This scene would be at the bottom of the cover and maybe obscured at the top could be a small picture of the ocean and anchored some ways away would be a merchant ship sitting in the ocean. The title of this book would be at the top "BLUE SKIES" and underneath yet so it stands out and catches the eye would say, "A UNIQUE HISTORICAL ROMANCE" Note: Back Cover, (writing overlay on picture) 17 year old Lady Jessica Morgan has just come home from living the last 7 years of her life in a “special” Hospital/School called Gordon Place. Her Mother died in child birth with Jessica so she was brought up by her Father (Geoffrey Morgan) and a Nurse/Governess named Berta, until she was thrown from a horse at the age of 10 and was left (temporarily) blinded as a result. After 7 years of hoping this blindness would correct itself as the Physician’s had said it could, Geoffrey gets frustrated and tired of waiting and brings his young Jessica home to stay. After realizing that she is quite well educated in her blindness he decides to introduce her to Society. At her first Ball she meets Vincent who is a Merchant Ship’s Captain, (hoping to buy his own Ship someday) he is working the Rover for James White, a friend who’s wife is ailing and Vincent has been mistakenly invited to this Ball. Vincent and Jessica are immediately attracted to one another until such time as Vincent is made aware of her blindness. Feeling very betrayed he is totally against any sort of relationship with Jessica, however his heart is already lost to her.
