I am a Market Research professional with 15 years of experience. I have handled many brand track studies that measures brand identity (through personification), measure reputation, loyalty, stickiness etc., through questions related to brand consumption, frequency of consumption, usage, attitude towards the brand, etc. This will enable us understand how the brand resonates with the consumer currently and how far or close is it with the desired positioning the brand seeks to achieve.
I have working in IMRB (Indian Market Research Bureau) for 12 yrs and with Times of India (Newspaper) for 2.5 yrs heading impact assessments for the campaigns. I currently have my own consultancy where I create analytical tools and products which are used by my clients in FMCG, Media and research companies. In your project, I can develop the questionnaire, host it online for consumers to respond, analyse the data and present you with the findings, discuss the strategy with you and suggest way forwards. On logo designing or re-desigining, I generally work with other freelancer friends (who have worked with me earlier) having equal experience as mine.
