Build a SaaS plaform to capture emails

Need to hire a freelancer or team who can build a SaaS plaform / subscription model

which uses some type of web type scraper (or something else if you have a better idea) to pull information from the internet which searches MX records or public information to allow the end user to figure out and validate email addresses.

This project is primarily for recruiter use to allow the firm or individual utilizing the web app to find out a candidates name by enter first name, last name and current company they work for. Example: John Doe - Microsoft. With the click of a button the web app should scour the internet to pull information and return any information base on the users first and last name and the company. It should be pulling specific domain addresses

Once this method finishes and gives an output of email addresses it will then cross reference the outputs with online MX records maybe. This will allow the Recruiter to validate the email addresses to see if they are active addresses.

ect ect ect....the app needs to figure out the valid email address and combinations.

Recruiter will have the option to save found email address as a contact in an internal tracking tool which will save inputted information such as: Name, Email, Address, Applied Position, Resume ect. Dashboard will allow applicant to be exported to external email provider as well.

Project should include a Modern looking landing page with pictures and content. The web scraping service will only be available after a user registers to the site. Registration process will capture name, email and phone number which will be saved on a MySQL database and forwarded to site Owner to be used for marketing purposes.

Site will allow registered user to subscribe to a monthly service in where user pays fee: ie $20 - 500 searches or $40 - unlimited searches. The payment gateway to handle the transactions and remain compliant should be Stripe

Site will also capture specific metrics (to be determined specifically) when a user signs up, pays for a subscription, signs up for a free trial, when free trial is less then 10 days away from ending as an example.

I need this completed in a 2 month time frame. Best price wins.
