The purpose of the website is provide the potential customer with a price indication for the transport of the goods. The website should be provided by 4 pages in total.
Step 1 till 4 will be on the same page.
Step 1: Address
For step 1 the customer should fill in the address where our chauffeur will pick up their goods and also the address where he will deliver their goods.
Options:
- Correct (existing/recognized) address→ Go to step 2: Vehicle selection
- Incorrect (non-existing/non-recognized) address: Error message→ go back to step 1: address
Step 2: Vehicle selection
For step 2 the customer should choose a vehicle that best fits the requirements of the goods that needs to be transported. →Go on to step 3: Available dates.
Step 3: Available dates
On weekly bases we will ask our chauffeurs to provide us their timesheet. We will process this into the website, so the customer can choose an available date.
Step 4: Price
After filling in step 1 till 3 the customer should see the price that we offer for our service.
Options:
• Agreement client → Go to step 5:Application form
• Non agreement client: → Exit

Step 5: Application form
The customer will need to fill in and conform this form with personal data→ Go external website to transfer money
Payment (IDEAL)
After conforming step 5 they will automatically be guided to an external website so they can transfer the money. After the successful transaction the customer will be guided back to the website→ Go to step 6: Payment and appointment confirmation
Next page (page 3)
Step 6: Payment and appointment confirmation.
The last page of the website will thank and inform the customer that the payment and date of appointment are received successfully.
Step 7: Confirmation (E-mail)
After successfully transferring the money they will get an automatic email with the confirmation of the appointment and the payment
Notes:
1. All the cells should be filled in before continuing to next page.
2. We should receive a notification after the customer has placed the order.
