Build a Website

We need a website built from a design contest winner we chose. We are a business that sets up a sunglasses display on location at corporations, events, meetings, etc. and we are able to display/sell about 150 units at a time. Our website needs to educate our customers on who we are, what we do, how we do it, and where we do it. We want to display a few samples of the sunglasses we will sell on location. We'd also like an option to sell sunglasses online but through a portal only accessible with a username or password. Once a user is logged on we'd like them to be able to purchase sunglasses from an online store with about 150 different suns to choose from. The reasons for this is we will only offer online sells to small groups of people from a company or event on a limited basis. We will need to be notified when an order is placed. We will also offer a flexible payment term for sales on location as well as e-commerce sales. We realize Pay-Pal offers a flexible payment option and would like this for both our retail and online sales. We'd prefer to have the site built on a platform such as Shopify or the likes. We are open to suggestions but ultimately want a website we can make minor changes to as needed and can be scaled up down the road to offer Admin panel that would track financials, inventory, etc. of multiple locations as well as scalable to a public e-commerce site to purchase sunglasses from.
