Build a Website

We would like to build a website based on code igniter / PHP and MySQL DB The purpose of the site is to allow customers to login to a secure area and view their purchased services. The secure area will show the details from a mysql database and also pull information form RRD databases for stats that will need to be displayed in a graph. Also there will need to be a re seller area, this area will have access to a number of customers account details on a single dashboard. Sum Up: A basic public Area with a login page with standard captcha, reset password, etc. A secure customer area - Show details of purchased services of the customer - Show Graphs of data pulled from RRD databases - (MRTG and SMOKEPING) based on customer services A secure re-seller Area The Secure Members area will have the following features - Show a list of customers that they are managing - Show details for the services that these customers are paying for - Show the graphs of the service for each of the customers pulled from the RRD files - Allow re-seller to have an order form for onboarding new services/customers Lots for scope for increasing functionality on this, as we see this as a very basic beginning so a good structure is important. We would like the styling to be professional and slick looking. ***SECURITY*** is very important, the project will need to employ the highest security practices.
