Build a Website

so the project is basically on two milestones. 1- first mile stone is to deliver the Webapp as one license 2- Second milestone is to make a dashboard where other can purchase a license to use the webapp . so this is basically it is going to be a Saas service . ok about the webapp. it is a simple webapp as it's a Free member ship site where user sign up and login to see a series of videos . so lets assume the first course has 5 videos. and he watches the first Video .( vedio 1 ) and in same page he sees caption ( thumbnail ) of the other 4 vides but they are locked .and unclickable . So in order to unlock Vedio 2 he has to do something of the next ( all of them or maybe some ) 1- he gets a referral link and he is asked to refer X amount of emails . 2- Share on Social media 3- Tag his friends 4- sign up for facebook notification so after he does that two things happen ... -if he still opening the page of video 1 he is redirected to video 2 . - gets an email nontification . -- Also i want the videos to be locked by a time counter .. for exmaple user 1 already did what he is asked and i said i want him to see vedio 2 after 24 hours of doing what he is told so not to get too much info in same day. so when he goes to video 2 it is clickable but counts for example 24 hours to be unlocked and if he came back in 24 hours he will see video 2 is available and i will send him an email after 24 hours. or he has to finish watching video 1 to Open Video 2 Also in every page of the videos a small note will be nice so he can take notes or to put my resources or to tell hi the home work and i will tell you something like what i need . please Only serious Programmers apply .
