I need to design a web-app like blablacar offering workers to people.
Requires:
A chat inside the Website (with the possibility to reply customers from my smartphone).
A Gruveo.com space for calls
Billing and payment system including paypal (sending bills to customers and ALSO a Register for me of all the bills of the month by customer).
A Control panel for Customers where must be possible to see orders with details.
The idea:
I will be a provider of workers to hospitals foundations and people in care needs. The customer "purchases the service" and some workers and companies will offer prices to them. I am the intermediate company. The customer will select the less price option.
Would be in English would I will need to translate the web-app into Spanish. I am Spanish and i can do it myself if you explain how.
A Tracking process of the "order" would be required in the website! So, a email should be sent to the customer once the worker checks (Work done) on the web-app.So Workers must need a panel control too.
