Build me a Website

Hi there We are setting up a business network in the Brittany Region of France. We would like a landing page with a 'call to action' whichever page the potential client visits. This should ask them to leve their name, number, email address and nature of their query, The plan is to have a similar design / feel to this website: [login to view URL] <- not related to us at all, we just like the feel of their website. I've attached the logo that we will use to give you an idea of colours etc. We are a group of financial adviser, mortgage consultant foreign exchange money broker, problem solver/troubleshooter, insurance agent and tax adviser. I need a website set up initially to show to the group, so there will be a couple of changes on completion (as the group have to agree to everything) that we will need to agree on before you start the job. I.e I don't want demands for payment until all realistic but necessary changes are made. So we need the landing page, a page for case studies and a testimonials page. We have the website hosted on godaddy and using wordpress. There is no cpanel but FTP, just to be clear. I'm happy to chat further to discuss this with anyone who may be interested in taking this project on. We're not in a particular rush for this so the project can take 2-3 weeks if necessary Please - to save any confusion and make sure we understand one another please feel free to ask any questions.
