I can create a webpage that can act as an app, so the iphone/android/BB barrier wont be a problem. It can be done in wordpress or Joomla so you can have all the editing capabilities of the cms. I have a couple graphic designer working with me to take care of the visual part of the project while I focus on the programing side. We've been doing this kind of thing for more than 6 years.
