Build a Website

I need to build and develop an EDUCATIONAL e commerce website. The site should be built so that the student sign in and or log in, select a course from a list of courses, pay through paypal, Master Card, visa or American express then down load the course contents, then answer the questions then print a certificate when achieving a 70% correct answer.

I like the HTMLS and PHP. I like to have completely built and developed and uploaded to the internet and MAKE IT functional as well as SEO to get to the first google, yahoo.

I need to be able to make me add, remove and change contents as I need to.

Integration is a must. You MUST HAVE DONE THIS WORK SEVERAL TIMES and have example done by you for me to see.
