I want to create a website/online database where people create their profile (Like LinkedIn) but advertise their availability to work. Companies can search for people who are available to work. For example: A traveler/bartender might arrive in sydney and want to work. They have their profile created with previous jobs' references etc but change their location to Sydney. People who are looking for a bartender are notified that someone has arrived who can work for them. Basically an online Labour market, CV/resume database. Not restricted to projects but part time, casual or fulltime jobs. I am still working through this so am looking for some help to scope the website and do a mockup
