Build a Website

i want a website to be built in which i want a signup and login feature on the starting page and then the following page should contain some topic bars in which a further page should open on selection, consisting of sub topics in a list and selecting a particular topic would consist the pdf's to be downloaded. i want the pdf files to be uploaded on the cloud database linking the topics. like in the image below on clicking home it should open up a page consisting of a list of topics and then selecting those topics would open up a page consisting of some selections with pdfs download options along with them i would like the following theme to be edited in the way i want . i will tell the futher details on some serious replies. this is the link provided to be edited [login to view URL]
