Build a Website

I need 2 projects. First one is a 110% anonymous chatting application for web. Php/mysql/jquery/ajax... what ever floats your boat but it must be instant messaging. Concept: - You go to my site -> "User name: [field]" {Join} -> it sends you to a new page with a box that has users typing messages... like any other chat ; At the bottom there's a place for you to write and hit 'send' to post your message. Everyone sees it. I'd use another script that's pre-made but none are as minimalistic as this. If possible, I'd like them to have the option of entering their own PGP public key, and be able to privately message people with these codes. So it would auto encrypt the messages you send people with the receivers public pgp code on client side only... I don't want it to send to the server, then encrypt as that's not safe at all. The outcome is to have a 100% anonymous chat with pgp encryption via client side ( [login to view URL] ). So no passwords would be stored in any data anywhere. Every time they want to read a message, they'd click 'decrypt' and it would ask them for a password, run the pgp library with the password they input and it would display in plain text.
