Build a Website

We are looking to create a website with the following functionality. The purpose of the website is for one set of people (fans) to rate another set of people (players), while another set of people (managers) can see and manage the results of the ratings. There can be unlimited amounts of managers, who have an unlimited amount of players in their team. Both players and managers need to have an account and profile. The ratings given by the fans would be in relation to 1-5 questions on a form presented by the players to the fans on site, via a smart phone/tablet. The players can log onto an account/dashboard and see what their daily/weekly/monthly/yearly ratings are, and be able to compare these with different selected time periods. They will be able to download this data as a report at the end of a chosen time period. The players can keep their account details when they leave the managers team, and sign into another manager’s team, allowing the new manager to see their stats/ratings. They can build up a history of rating which follows them to any team they join. The managers will be in control of the parameters within their team account. They can have as many players as desired and each player will have an account for themselves, which will have data received and collated from the fans (surveys) Various functions within the website would include: 1) Emails sent to fans after ratings have been made which include a voucher code that can be redeemed, and which is set by the managers. 2) Fans comments and rating have the ability to post ratings onto social media sites as personalised/unique user reviews/posts (and for posts to be monitored before being posted). 3) The site would be subscription based and paid by direct debit and paid for by the managers. No one else pays. 4) The managers can customise the surveys which are presented to the fans. They can have team logos on them, and they set their own questions. All questions are rated from 1-5, and can be marked with half marks. 5) Surveys given to fans from players would be anonymise, so when the fans fill in the survey they can click a button to send and the players don’t see what the fans say. 6) There is the option for the manager to add on a tip “gratitude” button at the end of the survey. This would then need to link to the players paypal account or similar. So if the fans think the player deserves a bonus they can award a bonus. (this function doesn’t need to be immediate, but I would like to know it can be done) 7) The managers can give the players incentives to play well. He would have the ability to set an average score, which would notify them if the players made this average score or not, within a set time period. I’m sure there will be other functionality that you can suggest or will be add, but this is the basis of the site
