The process that I will follow for the development: 1. I will get the home page designed and then pass for your review. 2. After home page i will send the inner pages. 3. Once main inner pages are done I will get on to the Wordpress development. 4. I will give you a development link on my sever so that you can review the progress. 5. Once the job will be 100% complete on my server we will close the Freelancer contract and make the site live. In 90% of cases I only do custom WordPress theme development. I assure these things in this contract: 1. I will convert our design files to pixel perfect bootstrap HTMl/CSS. 2. Convert that html/css into Wordpress theme. I will create custom options so that you can easily update theme for example: A: Header and footer options will be taken care form theme options. B: Any content of similar structure will be managed from custom post type. I assume from your design that content under "A published author" will come from custom post type. C: Menu will be managed from WP menu section. D: for any other pages we will use page templates so that you can easily replicated pages. I am ready for an immediate start.
