Build a Website

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING FOR THE JOB. We are looking for someone who is very switched on and creative to help us create a website that has the ability to collect and display readings and data from a group of sensors. These sensors are installed at locations within a city and worldwide. Examples of what the Sensors measure include the following; Temperature, Pressure, Gas, Vibration, Audio, Light and Dust Particles. When our customers choose a location for us to install the sensors, we install something called a Sensorcore module which, depending on the sensor type will collect data and send it to the website where it is stored in a database, displayed to the customer and have data filters applied. Where sensor measurements are out of range, the website will display that as Alerts and provide a course of management. The Sensors may transmit their readings/data either; 1. Remotely via Wireless or Wired Technology or 2. Contractors are sent to manually take the logs from the sensors and transfer this data onto the website. The website should therefore be able to; 1. Transfer Data that has been manually collected. 2. Receive remotely Data and format it to allow display. 3. Process the Data to form historical records. 4. Store the Data the relevant Database 5. Show real time readings. 6. Show Alerts where readings are out of range 7. Allow user to scroll through the data. 8. Allow user to filter the historical data by date and other parameters to view. 9. Ability to generate Reports of the data/readings; e.g Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly. 10. Display Data/Readings/Reports in a digital and graphical form (e.g Pie Charts, Bar Graphs) 11. Ability to Export the database records to a read only MS excel file. 12. All downloaded data will have our boiler plate that includes Company Copyright and contact details 13. Make it possible to print displayed data. 14. Operate as a Stand Alone Operation able to run in a standalone PC mode with the databases stored locally on the PC. 15. Source code must be provided and any tools used to produce the website. 16. Provide a multilingual translation file.   As our Freelancer, you should have; 1. Very good understanding of English. 2. Have all round knowledge of creating websites. 3. Have advanced Front-end and Back-end Coding. 4. Be advanced at creating Microsoft Access Databases and Linking the Databases. 5. Must be competent at creating Dashboards, Bootstrap. 6. Have the ability to create an Alert/Alarm management Dashboard 7. Must be competent in Graphical Display of Data in this case, displaying the data collected from the Sensors, in their respective Units of measure. 8. Must be have advanced Microsoft Access and Excel knowledge. 9. Must have the patience and be willing to make corrections and review the project as we go.
