We are launching a new online program in the health and wellness space. We need full web site design, development and back-end integration services, with expected growth to drive international deployment and operational support. Looking for a long-term partner for ongoing development etc. Full specifics subject to NDA. In summary: -Website design -Web development to integrate video content, user lists, payment platform, shop front, inventory (optional), hubspot (contact mgt), analytics, accounting (Xero) as well as development to support program smarts (tracking progress, completion, auto prompters etc) -Hosting optimisation -Must have proven examples - ability to execute -Have muture engagement & delivery frameworks IDEAL PARTNER We are looking for an organisation who: -Value long-term partnership as we expect our brand to be huge (!) and we are anticipating future offerings. -Identifies with the brand and what we’re trying to do -Understands and has experience with the technologies and integrations required -Understands the operational criticality of the web channel Has a mature and structured engagement approach to working with clients to ensure: o requirements are understood o design goes through iterations to ensure it’s something we love (maybe you’ll nail it first go!) o scope & cost are well managed (fixed price) o designs like Italians and builds like Germans -Are contactable if there is an outage and will move heaven and earth to get us back online in the event of an outage or severe disruption -Offer a range of ongoing services to ensure operational management is optimised (performance monitoring etc) -Understands the intricacies of DNS, CDN, Load balancing, Business Continuity & DR Expect to launch the site in 2 key stages, prelaunch (asap) as well as fully functional launch site.
