Customer Segment
As mentioned previously, our customer segment would primarily be composed of employers of domestic helpers (households) and the domestic helpers themselves. The employers are understood to be from Class A, B and C+ and often find that processing papers and paying for these benefits as too much of a hassle. Domestic helpers on the other hand, understand the service to be an added unnecessary cost when they already have a limited income.
Value Proposition
Maid Easy presents itself to employers as a hassle-free means of paying for their domestic helper’s benefits as well as caring for them. Employees, on the other hand, will be induced to register themselves to avail of these benefits simply not because it is mandated but because it is a means to take care of themselves and their future.
Customer Relationships
The service will provide employers with assistance in fulfilling their obligations towards their domestic helper. Domestic helpers, on the other hand, will be receiving a support system in order to address all their needs. Therefore, we would be able to establish a following from the domestic helpers.
Channels
Customers will be reached through a web-based platform that is designed to be accessible in various platforms. The service will be available in desktop and mobile website versions as well as a mobile application. Customers can also go to our headquarters or give us a call to process their payments and voice out our concerns.
Key Partners
Maid easy will be partnering with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig Fund and other government institutions for easier processing of payments. Moreover, we could be partnering with maid recruitment agencies and training facilities or maid schools as an additional service for the domestic helper segment.
Key Activities
In order to deliver on our value proposition, Maid Easy. would mainly be providing a system for ease of payment and processing of registration for these benefits. Customers can proceed to our headquarters for payment or course it through our online system. Moreover, we would be providing a support system for protecting domestic helper and employer rights. This would give them a means to practice their rights and voice out their concerns regarding their employer. They would also be given the opportunity to avail of additional training, in partnership with training companies. Consequently, employers would be able to protect themselves from abuses of domestic helpers as well as have an avenue to address other concerns.
Key Resources
Maid Easy will be utilizing web hosting services to reach our customers. Moreover, we would be having clerks in our headquarters to accept their payment as well as delivery boys to pick up and deliver documents, in case of registry.
Cost Structures
Our primary costs would be coming from operating our headquarters, which includes electricity, labor, rent, and for maintaining our website. Our initial capital investment would include designing the website’s system as well as putting up our headquarters. We would also be spending on a delivery system for cases of registration for any of the benefits.
Revenue Streams
MaidEasy will earn from the 5% commission as an intermediary. Availing of additional services such as delivery and our hotlines would also be an additional cost. We would also be earning from referrals to our partner institutions in terms of our service support system.
