Build a Website for a Voice Over IP Service Provider

Velocity Voice is a new business voice over IP cloud based phone system provider that provides VoIP telephone systems and services to business. We are in need of a website at this point. My vision for our website is to make it eye catching, but keep it simple. One of the main problems with IT consulting and IT services websites is that they are information overload to your typical non techie user and use big industry standard words and phrases that no one outside of the IT field understands. We don't want a website full of a bunch of useless technical information that the user has no business reading about. We want them to come to our website and see that we can save them money on their phone bill and at the same time provide them a phone system that is full of enterprise level features by switching to our cloud based phone system. We'd like to outline all of the features of the phone system, explain to them why they should switch, show them what phones we offer, answer some answers to FAQ's, and provide some sort of contact method for us. We really like the idea of having a one page website with a menu at the top that has categories such as: About, VoIP Phone Systems, Our Phones, SIP Trunks, Conference Bridges, FAQ's, and Contact -- and when a user chooses an option from the menu, it just scrolls down to that section of the website. Similar to [login to view URL] - we really love this website. It's eye catching, simple, and one page that explains everything they do and offer. They are the number one competitor in our area, so while we would like something similar to theirs, we don't want to completely copy it. The website should also be responsive, meaning that it is fully view able and scales in a mobile device. I have attached a copy of our brochure and logo. We'd like all of the information that is on this brochure relayed on our website. Once the project is accepted, I will send over a Word document that outlines all of the content that the website should include, so all you are really in charge of, is the design and layout. We would also like to keep the color scheme of our brochure the same as our website.
