Build a Website: To show services, and have an online shop.

Hello Freelancers, I am looking for someone who can build a sophisticated website that will work well with SEO and SEM. We currently have a website built on [login to view URL], and although the design looks nice - we need something that will be a better solution for our small business. We are a sales and service, antique oriental rug company (with some unique vintage décor) and are based out of Las Vegas, NV. We need a website that will display both our rug services and an online store so that we can display and sell our collection. I would like to have access to the website once complete so that I could manage and maintain the pages and online store (updating new products, sending newsletters, home page edits, etc.) A membership feature would be nice as well.
