Build a Website with app

We run a chain of supermarkets and require to push our sales by giving our customers, coupon discounts and cashback offers. You need to develop a high quality coupon/cashback website and app with detailed analytical reports from website data and customer data, based on app usage. These details should be viewable from a dashboard. User should be able to click pictures from his phone through the app (barcode, product picture or receipt) and match it with the offer to get his/her discounts. Navigation through the site, app and dashboard should be easy. Info from the dashboard should be clear and simple. Must have user profile with overview, coupon and cashback records, and previous activities, support, balance, etc. Must be able to list offers and make changes or edit the offers at my free will. Should be able to track my top customers and their favourite purchases, products, brands and give them personalized or instant deals and offers based on their analysis. Email marketing with an option to unsubscribe should be available. Affiliation programme is needed. SSL, secured against hacking is important. API and CVS reports along with Analytical reports are needed. CPC, CPA, CPM. I will be needing all the codes with documentations of the programming allowing me to modify and make changes at a later stage. So please keep the coding as simple as possible. We will discuss and give our recommendations, once the project has been assigned. Time is of utmost importance to me, so please do not apply if you can not keep up with the delivery dates mentioned by you. Once the project is assigned and you are ready with the basics structure, I will provide you with the logo and the design and theme of the app and desktop view.
