Build a Website with complex functionalities

I went through the website Very well, Just by checking the website what I came to know is that they have 3 Post which includes a title Description, Image and a Hidden link of Download. For user there is a option to type their email and Enter a value to be paid through PayPal then that user will get the Link. So it means the payment is something like donation because this is not a product price as user is putting the amount so I can enter 1 USD and pay through PayPal as well. rest of the things are content pages, and some basic features of WordPress which can be doable by using different WordPress plugin. I am not going to share any website URL of our work, Just check our profile, and check what is the position of our profile in USA and all over the world. We are No 1 Freelancer company in USA and Th in Whole world. If you want to make a clone of it then every thing is clear to me, Otherwise I have some Specific questions below: 1. For your Ref website there are only 3 Article or Product. What will be for you? 2. Is there will be any product Price that need to be paid or it will act like same as in this ref website? 3. The download link needs to be unique for each email or it will be same for all? 4. What are the Other menu/pages you want in this website. It would not be hard to make a website like http://www.instantarticlesuitepro.com. It is not that complicated of a site. It is only 13 pages and consists of only a few added features. The social media interaction lock on the Tutorials sub-page of the F.A.Q. page is something I'm not super familiar with; however, so far, there hasn't been anything I haven't been able to figure out or email or call a friend and figure out. I will pry finish the website far ahead of schedule depending upon how much textual and media content you have for me to ad. If you need me to write and/or find the media content, that would alter the time needed for the job as well as the price.
