Build back-end system to automate post creation in wordpress -- 2

Hello, I am looking for a solution to my problem and will pay depending on how suitable the solution proposed is. My current situation As the title states, I am using Wordpress to manage my website. The purpose of my website is for users to login and submit content (completed scale kit models) this includes images and text. I currently use contact form 7 (a workpress plugin) to display a form to the user. The form includes the some of the following: • Author Name • Kit category • Kit Manufactuer • Kit scale • Kit Name • Up to 15 images Once the form has been completed it is sent to a server side mailbox. To get the content submitted via the form published on my website 3 stages happen. Stage 1: Postie (A wordpress plugin) takes the textual information and converts it into a post automatically. The following occurs successfully: • The Author name is set as the post author • the kit scale and name is added as the post title • post tags are created using the authors name, manufacturer and category/ • the post is placed in a ‘pending’ state. i will then login to the website, select the correct category for the post, change the shortcode ID (described in stage 2) and then approve the post. Stage 2: Images are downloaded manually from the inbox to the local PC. The images are then resized to a specific width using paint then both the thumb nail created and the original are uploaded to wordpress. The images are then loaded into a new instance of MasterSlider (another wordpress plugin) which generates a unique ID. The thumbnails (which were created manually in paint) are set as the thumbnail in masterslider and the original (larger image) is set as the hyperlink. Stage 3: Once the post has been approved and published i will then load up Ultimate Product Catelogue (another wordpress plugin) and use one of the thumb nails, post title, author name, kit scale and kit manufacturer to create a new product in the catalogue. This entire process is repeated for every model. This is ok if i get one 1-4 models a day but if i get any more than that it can take hours to upload. What i need: I need a solution that will completely automate the above process. I don’t mind how it is done as long as it is secure and requires little maintenance. I would like to implement a html canvas 5 type uploader/resize that can be displayed front end so users can manually resize there images to my given dimensions.
