Hi there, I looked at the website you posted as an example and even made an account for the website. I must admit, it does look very sleek and fast, but they have A LOT of functionality. I can replicate the design and functionality 1:1, but it will take around a month to do so, as it's a very complex system on the backend. If you want just a part of the functionality, of course, then the price can be lowered, but from what I saw, this website offers a business a very complex system for managing customers, orders and tickets.
